Excelerate was founded on a frustration. Most founders at $1M–$10M don't need more advice. They need someone to do the work — and someone to help them see who they need to become so the work actually sticks. We built the firm we wished existed when we were running our own operations.

We've sat in your chair.

Every Excelerate operator has built and run businesses themselves. We've signed payroll, fired people, taken the 2am call. We've also sat with the part of being a founder almost nobody talks about — the identity loop that keeps you in the business even when the systems say you don't have to be.

We started Excelerate because most founders don't need another deck. They need someone inside the building who can fix the systems AND help the leader grow with them.

So we did exactly that. Then again. Then again. That's Excelerate.

Advice without execution is theater. But execution without capability transfer creates dependency. We're inside your business running, building, and managing — and at every step we're transferring the skill to your team and the perspective to you. When we leave, you don't just have a working operation. You have an operator who knows how to keep it working.

We work on the operator, not just the operation.

The business is a mirror of who's running it. We map the systems, but we also map the patterns — the beliefs, defaults, and identity habits that shape how decisions move through you. Change the operation without changing the operator and the operation rebuilds the same problem.

We don't bill by the hour because hours aren't what you're buying. You're buying a business that runs — and a leader who runs it differently. We measure ourselves on whether both shift.
