3. Intellectual property
The site's content — copy, methodology, framework, brand — is ours. Don't republish it as your own.
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, methodology (such as the Excelerate Blueprint and 30-Day Absence Test), and the Founder-Free Business Framework, is the property of Excelerate Advisory or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
4. Free resources
The framework and other downloads are for your own use. Feel free to share with your team; don't republish or resell.
Excelerate provides certain resources (such as the 30-Day Absence Framework) free of charge for personal and internal business use. You may share these resources with your team or organization. You may not republish, resell, or claim authorship of these materials.
5. Scorecard and diagnostic results
The Scorecard is a rough diagnostic, not a professional recommendation. Don't take business action solely based on it.
The Founder-Free Business Scorecard, the framework, and any diagnostic content on this site are educational tools intended to help founders identify operational patterns. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Any decisions you make based on this content are your own responsibility.
6. No engagement without agreement
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Engagements start with a signed agreement.
Use of this site does not create an advisor-client, consulting, or fiduciary relationship between you and Excelerate Advisory. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.
7. Third-party services and links
We link to YouTube and other third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
This site may contain links to third-party websites and services (including YouTube for embedded testimonial videos and Vercel for hosting). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee outcomes or that everything is error-free.
This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Excelerate makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the site, or the results any user may achieve. Client outcomes referenced on the site are specific to those clients and are not guarantees of future results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for damages from using the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excelerate Advisory, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
If your misuse of the site causes us legal trouble, you cover the cost.
